Google Chrome Alternate Method for GreaseMonkey

This is another method of using GreaseMonkey for Google Chrome

You need to download Early Access Release Channels – Google Chrome Channel Changer -

This lets you change channels which are beta, stable, or dev. Default is stable for Google Chrome.

Next you select Beta channel and then click update, which there could be a few updates you will receive.

Then you go to
Windows XP: %userprofile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default
Windows Vista: %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default

Since, I am using Vista it could be easier if you type C:\Users\(accountname)\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default

Then, you make a folder called User Scripts

The main different with this one to my other tut is that you can use your shortcut for Google Chrome.
But you need to add a command.

So, you right-click and go to properties.
You click to shortcut, which usually you should be there.
Then add of end of target –enable-user-scripts
Which should look like this C:\Users\Matrix\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe –enable-user-scripts

Note: I have seen people having problems adding –enable-user-scripts, that is because you need one space between chrome.exe –enable-user-scripts.

Then if you want to use the scripts you have to save them and manuelly put them into the user scripts files in
Windows XP: %userprofile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default
Windows Vista: %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default

Here is where, I got the tutorial from http://lifehacker.com/5180010/enable-user-scripts-in-google-chrome
